Friday, August 6
Members arrive, set up camp, food and beverages provided by Cattaraugus Rod and Gun
Club available for purchase in clubhouse. Slide show on screen outside, bonfire at
nightfall. Door prizes for all... Chinese Auction in the clubhouse and ABATE products
available.
Saturday, August 7
Breakfast available for purchase in clubhouse, list of local restaurants at gate. Route
sheets for self-guided tours and points of interest available at gate. Bike games
registration til noon at clubhouse. Bike games at 2 p.m. Special awards ceremony and
bike games trophies at 5 p.m. on stage. Dinner available for purchase in clubhouse.
Tug-O-War and Horseshoe competitions 7p.m. Band and bonfire at sunset.
Sunday, August 8
Breakfast available for purchase in clubhouse. Break camp, ride, leave only footprints
and tread marks behind... thanks for coming!
PLEASE:
=Come ready to celebrate all our hard work this year!
=Be prepared for primitive camping in any kind of weather conditions.
=Leave glass items at home... lots of tires and bare toes around!
=Reserve spots early so set up is more efficient and we can have fun!
